1. About EduBridge

EduBridge is a platform that connects Educators and Institutions for education-related employment opportunities and recruitment workflows.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Roles

3.1 Educators

• May create profiles, upload CVs, and apply to opportunities.
• Must ensure submitted information is truthful and up to date.

3.2 Institutions

• May create organization profiles and post opportunities.
• Must ensure job postings and recruitment practices are lawful, accurate, and non-discriminatory.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity
• Post false, discriminatory, offensive, or infringing content
• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or disrupt Platform operations
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content

5. Content and License

• You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant EduBridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and distribute such content to operate the Platform.
• You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Job Listings and Applications

• EduBridge provides a marketplace platform and does not guarantee hiring outcomes or applicant quality.
• Institutions are solely responsible for their listings, screening, and hiring decisions.
• Educators are solely responsible for submitted applications and profile claims.

7. Fees and Paid Features (If Applicable)

If paid plans or services are introduced, additional pricing and billing terms will apply and be presented before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

• All Platform software, design, trademarks, and branding (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to EduBridge.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Platform materials except as expressly permitted.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at:
https://edu-bridge.org/privacy-policy/.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party tools (for example, authentication, analytics, maps, anti-spam). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. EduBridge does not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduBridge and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduBridge, its officers, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion where needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or Terms enforcement.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
