Responsibilities:

– Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions and training programs for various sports teams.

– Develop and implement effective coaching strategies and techniques.

– Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition among students.

– Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes during practices, games, and other athletic events.

– Monitor and evaluate the performance of student-athletes, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

– Coordinate with other coaches, teachers, and school staff to support student-athletes’ academic and athletic goals.

– Manage equipment and resources related to the sports program.

– Assist in organizing and supervising school sports events, tournaments, and competitions.

– Maintain records of team and individual performance and progress.

Requirements:

– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education.

– **Experience:** At least 2 years of coaching experience at the school or club level.

– **Skills:**

– Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of various sports.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to motivate and mentor young athletes.

– Strong organizational and time management abilities.

– Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive sports environment.

– **Certification:** Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) are preferred.

– **Physical Fitness:** Ability to demonstrate and participate in physical activities and sports.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Advanced coaching certifications or licenses.

– Experience in coaching at an international or private school.

– Background in multiple sports disciplines.

– Knowledge of sports psychology and athlete development.
